Promotional or discounted items are neither refundable nor exchangeable.

Prices: All prices displayed on the website are in U.S. dollars and include applicable taxes (VAT).
Delivery fees are not included in the product price and are calculated at the time of order confirmation.

Order preparation: Orders are prepared within an average of 3 business days after your order confirmation is received.
Delivery methods and timelines:

Standard shipping (Polynesia and mainland France): 7 to 21 business days

DHL (express shipping): 3 to 7 business days, depending on the destination
PO box delivery: Delivery to PO boxes is available, except when using a carrier that requires a physical address.
Delays or damages: Due to our location in Tahiti, delivery times may vary depending on the destination and logistical constraints. In case of delays or damages related to shipping:

We will coordinate with the carrier to resolve the situation promptly.
7. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
Right of withdrawal: In accordance with the law, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.

Returns:

Within French Polynesia: Return shipping costs are covered by Boutique Devienne. A prepaid label will be provided upon request.

Outside French Polynesia: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Return conditions: Products must be unused, in perfect condition, free of defects or stains, and accompanied by their original packaging, including brochures. Sealed packaging (e.g., wax seals) must remain intact except for the initial opening.
8. Errors, Non-Conformity, and Warranties
In case of an error or non-conforming product (defective or different from the order):
